Established in 1982 by Tony Stewart OBE, ASD Lighting PLC design, develop and manufacture in the UK a comprehensive range of commercial, domestic, industrial, street and security lighting products, to the highest standards with design flair and creativity. The state-of-the-art design and in-house manufacturing facility includes: Injection Moulding, Light Engine Manufacture (SMT Facility),  Pre-Treatment & Powder Coating, Form In-place Gasketing. These facilities, along with final assembly lines combining the labour force and Cobots (collaborative robots that work safely in conjunction with operatives), ensure that ASD remains competitive and at the forefront of innovative manufacturing techniques.
