K-LITE illuminates landmark residential development at Crown Residences, Chennai

In June 2025, K-LITE completed its lighting contribution to Crown Residences, a residential project by Baashyaam Constructions, located on the bustling Poonamallee High Road in Koyambedu, Chennai.

Designed to redefine modern living in Chennai, the project is comprised of 15 residential towers and a Signature Tower, reaching up to 25 floors and offering a total of 2,078 units. This large-scale development blends architectural finesse with lifestyle-driven design.

K-LITE was appointed to provide landscape and exterior lighting solutions for this development, collaborating closely with the landscape architects and lighting consultants. Together, the teams aimed to enhance the nighttime ambience and safety of the expansive exterior areas, including roads, gardens, and pathways.

A key focus for the lighting was the extensive landscaped zones that weave through the development. To accentuate these green spaces and pathways, K-LITE supplied Brussel lighting poles, selected for their elegant design and durability in outdoor conditions. These fixtures not only offer visual continuity across the site but also ensure that the community spaces remain welcoming after dark.

K-LITE also provided their Conical Arch poles paired with Waco Road Light fixtures – a robust solution that combines architectural styling with high-performance and efficiency. Complementing the overall scheme, bollard lights were deployed for low-level pathway illumination, and Nebula spike lights were used to accent trees and softscape elements.

 With a commitment to quality, longevity, and design integrity, K-LITE continues to help shape the nightscape of some of India’s boldest developments.
