Robe will have a big presence at the PLASA Show at Olympia, London from this Sunday on stand A70, and will be launching six fabulous new products – T3 Profile, iPAINTE LTM, SVOPATT Classic, Footsie1 MC and Footsie2 MC plus the super cool new PowerDolly.

These will be available in one of the demo theatres for interested parties to see up close and to receive detailed demonstrations.

A new expo cycle live performance concept show “Excalibur” will also be premiered! This will be full of cool, high-impact surprises and gravity-defying performance thrills from acrobat Oskar Skrypko… plus surprise guests.

Produced by Robe’s in-house creative team, “Excalibur” will riff on the delight and drama of Arthurian legends – complete with the ‘lights of the round table’ and the magical sword … all with a contemporary twist and a thumping specially compiled soundtrack, capitalising on the excitement of PLASA being staged in London, one of the world’s major entertainment capitals.

The show lighting design will involve over 300 fixtures chosen from current product lines, including SVB1, SVOPATT, iESPRITE LTL, iFORTE LTX, PAINTE Fresnel, WTF!, LedPOINTE, T15 Fresnel, iT12, iBOLT and Footsie, as well as RoboSpot. The show will demonstrate all of these first-hand in a live real-world situation for which they have been developed.

“Excalibur” will play five times a day throughout the three-day PLASA Show, with the first show of the day starting at 11 am.

All of Robe’s businesses will be located on adjacent stands with a clear interconnection and visual harmony running through all stand designs. Avolites is on Stand C28 with Anolis, Artistic Licence and LSC on Stand A76.

This positioning enables all to benefit from the constant busy traffic to Robe’s stand, and demonstrates the synergistic and collaborative reach of the whole group in offering complete innovative lighting solutions for all entertainment, leisure and commercial environment scenarios.

As in previous years, Robe will feature two public demo areas where customers can see and examine the new products first-hand, together with popular favourites.

Products here will include iESPRITE LTL, iFORTE LTX, LedPOINTE, T.5 Profile, T1, T32 Cyc, WTF!, Footsie 1, iBeam 350, iBOLT, iT12, RoboSpot, iSpiiderX, SVB1, SVOPATT, T11 Profile and T15 Fresnel.

There will also be a private area – by invitation only – for seeing potential future technologies.

Robe’s WTF! super strobe will be on display in PLASA’s Innovation Gallery, where it is one of the contenders for an Award.

WTF!™ is robustly built for all environments and delivers turbocharged strobe, wash, and blinder effects! It has been designed to deliver blazing stroboscopic brilliance and exceptional performance for any production, anytime, anywhere, with incredible speed, three rapid motorised zooms, including a unique linear zoom for the central white LED strobe and continuous pan and tilt rotational control!

Main features include an extreme output created using 72 20W linear white LEDs and 16 60W RGBW LEDs, making WTF! the most dynamic moving multi-zoomed strobe on the market, and a great contender for an Innovation Award!

Robe always looks forward to PLASA. As one of the world’s entertainment industry hubs, PLASA is a great opportunity to meet industry acquaintances, friends and contacts, new and existing, discuss business and stay connected to the action and buzz of the technology and the individuals using it creatively and inventively for their work and projects.

Avolites

Avolites will focus on its just-launched fresh new range of D-Series control consoles – the D3 – uniting power, performance and portability – in a family of five outstanding compact, stylish and fully-featured packages.

The D3 family is developed for a world constantly on the move, underlining a new and innovative approach from Avolites since becoming ‘A Robe Business’ at the end of 2023.

Smart design, robust engineering and expedient sizing are at the heart of the D3 series philosophy.

The D3-010, D3-110, D3 Wing, D3 Core and D3 Touch are all powered by Avolites’ famous Titan software, offering cost-efficient, intuitive programming and operation, coupled with flexible control for multiple lighting solutions. 30-minute on-stand “Intro to D3 Range” training sessions will run twice daily!

In addition to this, Avo will demonstrate its cutting-edge D9 and D7 lighting consoles and its T Range – comprising T1, T2 and T3 and the T3-Wing – and its versatile Q-Series media servers running both Prism and Ai software platforms.

Anolis

Robe’s architectural sister company, Anolis, highlights two fantastic new product lines at this year’s PLASA.

First is the Appoli S MC, a compact fixture available in both ‘Anolis’ and ‘Robe’ editions. Designed for maximum versatility, it delivers a rich, even light output and can be tailored more precisely with different beam angles and colour options.

The Robe edition is geared to live events and entertainment environments, while the Anolis version is optimised for outdoor and architectural applications.

Joining Appoli S MC on the stand is the Lamari linear system.

Offered in four lengths, Lamari combines sleek proportions with high-performance colour mixing and precision optics. At just 43mm wide, it is ideal for discreet installations; however, its rugged housing ensures long-term reliability. Flexible mounting options further enhance its adaptability, making Lamari a smart choice where clean design statements and powerful results are essential.

LSC Control Systems

LSC Control Systems will showcase its latest lighting control innovations at PLASA London 2025, including the new APSX and GENX systems. These advanced dimming and power distribution solutions now feature enhanced Ethernet connectivity, offering greater integration, flexibility, and efficiency for modern A/V and lighting environments.

The company will also preview the upcoming WPX Wall Plate range, designed for seamless playback and control of the Mantra Mini and APSX systems. Featuring a 12.5cm capacitive touchscreen and customizable surrounds, the WPX provides intuitive, wall-mounted control for fixed installations.

These developments highlight LSC’s continued focus on high-performance, reliable systems for live production, theatre, and events. Visitors will also get a first look at the latest additions to the NEXEN Ethernet Gateway range, reinforcing LSC’s role as a leader in control technology.

Artistic Licence

Lighting control and integration manufacturer Artistic Licence will debut their cueLumen series at PLASA London – Stand A76.

The cueLumen series reimagines architectural and entertainment lighting control with an emphasis on openness, simplicity, and user empowerment.

Engineered for flexibility and ease of use, cueLumen gives venue owners, facility managers, and integrators full control without needing proprietary software, costly licences, or ongoing commissioning services.

From auditoriums, façades, and landscapes to museums, houses of worship, public spaces, restaurants, multipurpose venues, and theme parks, cueLumen adapts seamlessly – delivering powerful, scalable lighting control that’s intuitive for users of all technical backgrounds.

The artPlay 10″ touchscreen, a new 8-button user interface, and the range of cueLumen modules will also be on display and available for hands-on demonstration.

Artistic Licence, based in the UK, invented Art-Net and are experts in DMX, RDM, sACN and DALI, and manufacture a wide range of problem-solving products.
