Luceco Group continues support for SELECT as manufacturer is unveiled as headline sponsor for President’s Lunch

Luceco Group has continued its close partnership with Scotland’s largest construction trade association after agreeing to be the headline sponsor for the 2026 SELECT President’s Lunch.

The global electrical and lighting giant will be the key supporter of this year’s event at The Balmoral hotel in Edinburgh on 25th September – and SELECT says the partnership illustrates the continuing success of its Associate Membership scheme.

Iain Mason, Director of Membership, Events & Communication at SELECT, said: “As one of our founding Associate Members, we are delighted that Luceco Group has agreed to be the headline sponsor for our annual flagship event.

The 2026 President’s Lunch will once again see industry leaders and key decision makers from across the construction sector gather for an afternoon of networking, with the event made possible by the generosity of Luceco Group and our other sponsors.

Since its inception in 2022, the Associate Member scheme has gone from strength to strength, helping leading manufacturers and service providers raise their profile and form lasting relationships with electrotechnical contractors across Scotland.”

The move is the second significant sponsorship partnership between SELECT and Luceco, who earlier this year agreed to return as headline sponsor for the association’s annual President’s Cup golf day.

The event at Dunblane New Golf Club on 27th July will be the fourth time that Luceco have been involved and Iain added: “The President’s Cup is keenly anticipated by golfers throughout the industry in Scotland and Luceco’s involvement will help us deliver another excellent day of competition for members and guests alike.”
