Project Sales Manager (London & Home Counties) – Bespoke Lighting Solutions

£30,000 – £50,000 basic + Commission + Company Car + expense account

Our client, a well-established designer and manufacturer of lighting solutions is seeking a pro-active sales professional to further develop specification sales.

You will be offering lighting solutions and bespoke made lighting products to architects, designers and consultants for a variety of applications including commercial, educational and industrial.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, determined, able to sell solutions to the specifiers and be pro-active in their approach. You could be either an experienced lighting sales professional used to selling to A&D, M&E Consultants within London, with a good understanding of the manufacturing service  or a product designer with sales skills looking to expand your career further. Key to your success will be an appreciation of manufacturing/product design, awareness of commercial viability of products, what can/ cannot  be manufactured (ideally supported by relevant technical qualifications together with CAD, Excel, Dialux skills



Project Sales Engineer – retail/commercial lighting 

London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex – easy access to London

£35,000 – £45,000 basic + qtly comm/bonus + Company car + benefits package.

Our client, an established and reputable lighting manufacturer, is seeking a proven sales professional to manage this existing sales region. You will be selling a quality range of innovative LED lighting solutions to contractors, end users, architects, interior designers and consulting engineers whilst supporting the electrical wholesalers within the region. This represents an ideal career opportunity to join an expanding, cash rich, stable Company. You should have a proven track record in sales within the region, capable of building relationships with specifiers and working on project based business solutions. Personality is as important and you will need to be professional, dynamic, proactive with a positive attitude to succeed, natural enthusiasm and team spirit is a must. Ideally you will be selling lighting/ electrical products now to consultants, designers and specifiers electrical wholesalers within the sales region whilst supporting the distributor network.


Project Manager / Sales Support  – Lighting/ Electrical products

£35,000 – £40,000 basic + bonus

This expanding Lighting manufacturer is seeking an experienced industry professional to act as a focal point for all project management activity after the initial sale by the external sales team.

You will take over the project from the sales team when it reaches tender stage and get involved in any additional enquiries and quotations through to negotiating with wholesalers/ contractors to secure the order. You will be fully supported by the sales team through this process. The ideal candidate could be a salesperson experienced in selling lighting solutions to main wholesalers and electrical contractors now seeking an office based role or an existing project manager within the industry seeking a more autonomous position with a growing Company. Based North London


Lighting Sales Professionals – Midlands

£35,000 – £45,000 basic + bonus + Company car + benefits

This well-established Manufacturer of energy efficient Lighting Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated salesperson to sell its portfolio of quality lighting products to M&E consultants, designers and contractors throughout Birmingham and the Midlands sales region.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced lighting/ electrical specification salesperson used to selling technical lighting solutions into this market sector with a dynamic and enthusiastic personality – a team player who has a good contact base of M&E Consultants looking to join a forward thinking, evolving Manufacturer.


UK Business Development Manager – Lighting Solutions to Retail/ Industrial End Users

£50,000 – £65,000 basic + comm/bonus + Comp[any car + benefits

Our client, a leading name within the Lighting industry, is seeking an experienced lighting sales professional with proven end user development skills.

You will be selling a quality range of interior/exterior lighting solutions to end users on new build, retrofit and refurbishment projects throughout the sales region focussing on logistics (24/7 operations), sheds, warehousing, industrial, exterior & loading applications and retailers.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of comm/ind lighting especially, proven track record of end user or retail sales, experienced in ROI surveys and reports, able to work effectively and autonomously and very proactive in their sales approach.


LED Area Sales Managers  –  London, Midlands and Northwest

£30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission + Company car/allowance + benefits

Our client provides a portfolio of LED lamps, floodlights, high bays, panels & tubes that are at the cutting edge of lighting technology and are widely industry approved. Further expansion has created the need for two experienced sales professionals to sell to electrical wholesalers and independents.

You will be selling to branch/regional managers and owners of the distributors, working with them and assisting them in their sales effort. The products are supported by catalogues, full technical data sheets, UK standard approved and are fully guaranteed. The ideal candidate will be experienced in selling LED solutions to electrical wholesalers within the regions, confident in your own ability and contact base. You should have a stable career history and now seeking a professional, well run business seeking long term members of the salesteam.




Business Development Manager – Architectural Lighting

£35,000 – £50,000 basic + commission + package

This modern and innovative manufacturer of quality architectural lighting products is seeking a high calibre salesperson to join the established UK team.  You will be selling their range of products to architects, interior designers and lighting consultants.  ideal candidate will have a good relevant customer base, be passionate and versatile about lighting and the various indoor/outdoor applications including art and culture, health and fitness, hotels and restaurants, architectural and landscape.

You should be able to work autonomously and have a sense of ownership within this role, treating it as a commercial business and developing relationships with key players within the industry.
