Our client is a well established, reputable manufacturer and designer of lighting solutions for the design industry. This represents a unique opportunity to be trained and mentored by an industry expert on all aspects of the products/solutions offered, sales techniques and building relationships with lighting designers throughout London. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate (design, architecture, related) with 6 – 18 months commercial experience in sales. You should be passionate about the industry, have a strong desire to build a career and have the determination to succeed in sales.

Project Sales Manager – Lighting to End Users (Industrial/Logistics Sector)

£45,000 – £60,000 basic + commission + Company car + benefits package

This well-established Lighting Manufacturer is further strengthening its UK business with the addition of an experienced end user sales professional to further penetrate the industrial & logistics sector.

You will be selling a comprehensive range of well engineered technical lighting products plus the ability to offer additional services such as installation, controls, financing: turnkey solutions for the end users. The target sector could include automotive, food, engineering, pharmaceutical, petrochem, distribution and transport via facility managers, property developers, main line contractors, occupiers and estates managers. Fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business requiring a professional business development manager experienced in end user sales within lighting/electrical or related.

Technical Manager – Lighting Solutions – Herts/ Essex

£40,000 – £50,000 basic + bonus + Company car + benefits

Our client, a well-established Lighting Group is seeking an experienced professional to manage the technical team in CAD design, technical support, commissioning and after sales.

As an experienced lighting technical manager you will support the teams activity in all aspects of customer and inhouse technical queries and issues including: CAD drawings, product and scheme designs; tender documents and quotations; aftersales; remedial and warranty support; commissioning management and support. You will have responsibility for all technical aspects within the Company including health & safety, technical data and product files, resolving on site issues and generating reports on any technical matters.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a technical team, you should be hands on in terms of design, quotations, data sheets, technical support, risk assessments and methods statements.

You will have full territory management responsibility including sales to consultants, contractors and specifiers as well as supervising agents within the region. You will be given excellent product training and company induction together with ongoing technical and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Lighting specification salesperson with a proven track record within this market sector and have a strong and active contact base of M&E Consultants, somebody who would relish the challenge with this expanding and successful business, and will live either in London/the midlands and between.

Our Client, a leading and growing supplier of quality exterior and street lighting and part of a larger group are looking for a highly motivated Business Development manager to cover the East & West Midlands.

You will be promoting their range of quality lighting to M & E Consultants and Contractors, developing new business in new build, refurbishment and D&B Projects.

The ideal candidate will be selling exterior lighting into the M & E Sector. (Hospitals, Car Parks, New Developments, Schools, Business parks) and have a customer base with M & E Contractors, Architectural Consultants and Specifiers that you can use from day one. You will be self-motivated and target driven, with up to date knowledge of relevant lighting and energy saving standards, and have a proven track record of success.
