National Accounts Manager – Electrical Sales to End Users

£45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Car + Pension + Phone + Tablet + Laptop

Our Client, an expanding distributor of electrical test equipment is looking for a proven, experienced National Accounts Manager to develop business at high level within Key End User accounts across the UK. You will be promoting their range of high quality test equipment to End Users within Industrial, Telecoms, FM, Service and Utilities sectors – building important relationships to further grow this important area for the business and gain market share. The ideal candidate will be used to dealing with these market sectors on a National basis, be based in North West London/Berkshire/Bucks/Herts, a team player that is hungry to succeed, and someone that is looking to join a cash rich business who have achieved double digit YOY growth over the last 5 years.


Lighting Sales Manager – London           Contractors/ Consultants

£40,000-£45,000 basic + open ended comm/bonus + car allowance + pension

Exciting times ahead for this well established manufacturer whose core business is high end architectural/ commercial lighting solutions sold to architects, designers and M&E consultants throughout the UK for prestigious projects within hospitality, retail and commercial applications.

You will be spearheading the launch of a new range of quality commercial lighting products including downlights, as a value engineered proposition to M&E contractors and D&B contractors throughout London & South East. This represents a unique career opportunity for a proactive, motivated construction sales professional to take ownership of this competitive, well-engineered portfolio of products with huge potential. You will be given an existing pipeline of projects and introduced to existing clients but growth will be delivered by your focussed energy in business development and generating your own leads within this sector.


International Business Development Manager – Europe, Asia, Middle East

£50,000 – £65,000 basic + OTE £80,000 + Company car + benefits

This represents an exciting and challenging senior position within a well established lighting manufacturer, managing the £6m/8m turnover in International sales and the export sales team based in UK and Europe. With growth plans in place and new product launches happening you will be the catalyst for increased growth in terms of turnover and new territories.

Working closely with the existing sales teams, distributors and agents within the various Countries you will be supporting their sales & marketing initiatives and field accompaniment on joint visits to their customers. You will also be managing and implementing strategy successfully across this division, motivating and managing resellers, developing new partnerships and opportunities whilst helping drive the sales initiative through the existing network. Business is developed through multi channels including small/medium retail chains, high end designer specification, lighting showrooms and electrical wholesalers to cater for the broad product applications for high end decorative lighting.

You will be traveling overseas at least twice per month.  Head office: South East based.


Product Development Manager   

£45,000 – £55,000 basic + Company car, pension + benefits

Our client, an expanding division of a major Group, specialises within commercial and industrial lighting solutions for a variety of applications including hospitality, commercial and retail. Success can be attributed to their ability to manufacture standard and custom made solutions in an efficient and professional manner. Your role will be managing and overseeing the entire process from design brief through to installation.

As the focal point for the sales team you will be involved in all new standard and bespoke product tenders going through the various stages of quotations, estimating, CAD drawings, prototype manufacturing. You will be constantly liaising with sales, purchasing, production, manufacturing and logistics departments to ensure all practical and commercial elements are adhered to. This represents an all-encompassing role for a seasoned lighting sales professional experienced in management, manufacturing, product design and development. Hertfordshire Based.


Senior Commercial Manager/ Bid Manager

£50,000 – £55,000 basic + Company car + pension + company bonus

Fantastic opportunity to become a key figure within this established SME as the Senior Manager responsible for all commercial aspects within the business including contractual issues, health & safety, HR, quality management and operational matters.

Your responsibilities will include managing the tender process, working closely with the bid team on £m/m framework agreements and contracts, conducting technical meetings with customers and suppliers as well as dealing with the day to day contractual issues. As the focal point for HR and H&S issues you will need to ensure that all policies and procedures are maintained and comply with current or impending legislation. This exciting position represents an all-encompassing role which also includes overseeing the QC/QA department and regular on site business review meetings.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive Commercial Manager with significant experience and knowledge of contract law as well as compiling and submitting detailed tenders/ framework agreements. You will be fully involved in dispute resolutions of claims and adjudication. The key criteria for this position is experience of compiling and reading contracts, dealing with the T&Cs, getting contracts ready to submit ensuring detailed accuracy, compliance and commercial viability.

You should possess a good working knowledge of H&S policies and procedures, have attention to detail and able to take responsibility. Location: Kent.


Sales Director – Architectural/Commercial Lighting – Scotland

£60,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance

Our Client, an expanding & well established designer and provider of high quality architectural and commercial lighting solutions, is looking for a Sales Director to drive their business forward.

A senior position, caused by expansion, you will have full responsibility for external sales, managing a small team, and also generating your own projects with Architects, M&E Consultants and Contractors, as well as Local Authorities.

The ideal candidate will be from a Lighting background, with strong contacts within the specification marketplace, and with man management experience, and be located within the Central Belt.


Internal Sales Support- expanding Lighting Manufacturer         

£35,000 – £40,000 basic + benefits

Our client, a well-established architectural Lighting Manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Support Assistant to act as the first port of call to any incoming enquiries as you will be dealing with customers, orders and all related administration.

You will be fully involved and resolving customer related queries in terms of stock availability, price requests, orders, delivery times and technical support, updating the CRM system and keeping up to date with the latest products and services offered by the Company.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a lighting/ electrical Company, you should have a good knowledge of lighting technology, terminology and the latest trends, be IT competent, worked with a CRM system and have an efficient, professional, knowledgeable and attentive phone manner.
