JFSConnect’s smart technology to improve visitor experience at January Furniture Show 2019

JFSConnect is the new name for Poken, the digital business card and Smart information system for visitors and exhibitors first introduced at January Furniture Show (JFS) last year.

JFSConnect works as an electronic business card. It enables visitors to register a visit to a stand even if there is no one available. It automatically emails any information to the visitors preloaded on the system by the exhibitor – anything from special show offers to full brochures.

Much improved from 2018, JFSConnect has new and more prominent touch points called Connect Touchpoints and a new supporting app downloadable at the show called Connect.

Visitors will be emailed a daily email summary detailing the stands visited and the information collected. The exhibitor can see who called and get in touch with during or post show.

Completely secure, JFSConnect shares contact details only with companies that visitors choose to interact with. It is also eco-friendly as brochures and information can be sent electronically, saving printing as well as carrying heavy literature.

Taking full advantage of JFSConnect makes visitor’s time at the show more productive and means that missing existing or new suppliers is a thing of the past.
